- Payment Structure: The Syotos Driver app calculates fares based on factors such as distance traveled, time taken, and any additional fees or surcharges.
Responsibilities
As a Rideshare Driver with Syotos, your main duties will be:
- Safely and securely transporting clients using our rideshare service.
- Operating Apple and Android mobile devices with exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Working independently on assignments with minimal supervision, prioritizing the safety and comfort of our riders.
- Responding effectively to dynamic situations and making judgments based on Syotos standards.
Requirements
To be eligible for employment, you need to:
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Hold a current Driver License with no DUI conviction in the past three years.
- Meet vehicle standards (model year 2015 or newer) and have current vehicle insurance.
- Have a valid vehicle registration.
- Have a background in security or law enforcement, military, fire/EMT, or first responder with an emphasis on situational awareness and life safety.
- Have an honorable or general discharge from your line of duty. Refer to our list of accepted documents by clicking here.
- Demonstrate competence in handling emergencies and reacting to critical situations.
- Be proficient in English and possess effective communication skills.
Education and Experience
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Three years of relevant service experience.
License/Certification
- Valid State Issued Driver License (required).
- Proof of Service (required).
